The Powerball lottery continues to rise after no one matched all six numbers from Wednesday night's drawing.

The Powerball jackpot rolled over to an estimated $635 million with a cash option value of $450 million for Saturday night's drawing.

Three people matched all five numbers but missed the Powerball for $1 million after Saturday night's drawing. Those tickets were sold in Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. One lucky Illinois resident matched five numbers without the Powerball and added the Power Play option for $2 million.

There were no winners in the Double Play.

The largest Powerball jackpot ever cashed in at $1.586 billion. Three winner claimed a stake in what still stands as the nation's largest lottery jackpot, with winning tickets sold in three states (California, Florida and Tennessee) on Jan. 13, 2016.

Powerball numbers and results

No one matched all six numbers for the Monday, Sept. 27 drawing. The numbers were 21, 22, 39, 44, 60 and the Powerball was 12. The Power Play was 3.

The Double Play numbers were 2, 27, 51, 62, 66 and the Powerball was 1.

When are Powerball draw days?

Powerball draws occur three times a week, on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

For an extra $1, you can enter your numbers into a second drawing held after the main jackpot draw. Participants can win prizes ranging from $7 to $10 million.
